Abroad Papers ("we," "us," "our," operating the RA License Service brand at ralicense.in) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits this website or applies for our Recruiting Agent (RA) License facilitation services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
In short: We collect your name, contact details, and business/license documents through our Apply Now form to help you obtain or renew your RA License with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). We don't sell your data to anyone, we don't share it beyond what's required for license processing, and we delete application data 30 days after your engagement with us concludes. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to admin@abroadpapers.com.

If you have any question, concern, or complaint about how your personal data is handled, you may contact the Grievance Officer directly. We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 7 working days and resolve them within 30 days.

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising tools beyond Wix's built-in, native analytics.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the Apply Now form) and, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation (such as submitting mandated documentation to a government authority as part of the licensing process).
5. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only where necessary, specifically with:

Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) / Protector General of Emigrants (PGE) and the e-migrate portal — required to process your RA License application

No other third parties. We do not use payment processors or third-party marketing/analytics tools that would involve sharing your data.
We do not sell your personal or business data to any third party, for any purpose. All client engagements are governed by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and no client data is used to train any AI/ML model or shared for any purpose outside of processing your RA License application.
6. Data Storage & Security

Your data and documents are stored on access-controlled company Google Drive storage, hosted on servers located within India. We do not store or process your data outside India.

Access to your data is restricted to authorized Abroad Papers team members directly involved in processing your application.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including restricted folder access and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for all data submitted through our website.
Retention: We retain your application data and documents for 30 days following the completion (or discontinuation) of your engagement with us, after which the data is permanently deleted from our systems, unless a longer retention period is required by law or an ongoing dispute.
7. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

Correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete data

Request erasure of your personal data (subject to any legal retention obligations)

Withdraw consent at any time, with the same ease with which it was given — this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

File a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 1) if you believe your data has been mishandled
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@abroadpapers.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is built and hosted on Wix, which uses its own cookies for core site functionality and basic analytics (e.g., page views, session data). We do not layer any additional tracking or advertising cookies on top of Wix's native tools.
