Major Requirements for RA License
To obtain an overseas recruitment license, applicants must meet specific requirements set by regulatory authorities. These typically include demonstrating relevant industry experience, providing proof of financial stability, Infrastructural requirement and detailed background check. Here is a list of major requirements :
Office Requirement
The minimum office space required is 50 square meters or 538 square feet. This space must include a director's cabin staff cabins, and a meeting room.
Police Verification
There should be no pending cases against the Directors or the firm. Police verification must be cleared. Both the Directors and the firm must have a clean legal and criminal background.
Graduate/2yr Diploma
The Managing Director or Managing Partner or Proprietor should have a minimum educational qualification of being a graduate or holding a 2-year diploma.
Bank Guarantee
For a 100 - license, a bank guarantee of Rs. 8 lakhs should be furnished, and for 1000+ licenses, a bank guarantee of Rs. 50 lakhs should be arranged within the due time.
